General information only

These pages describe how we work. They do not put any name up for sale at any price. We make an offer only by sending you a figure in writing, and a purchase is binding only when both sides have signed off the written terms and escrow holds the funds.

The enquiry form

Use it for real questions about names, with details that are true. Automated submissions, abuse and messages unrelated to our work may go unanswered and be blocked.

Buying a name

Every sale has its own written terms, and where they differ from this page they win. The money moves through a licensed escrow company on that company's conditions. Ownership stays with us until escrow has the full amount and the name has reached your registrar account.

Trade marks

We avoid holding any name that copies someone's registered mark. If you think one of ours does, send the mark and the name and we will review it quickly.

Our material

Maxima Advisors owns the words, layout and logo on this site. Brief quotes with credit are fine; reproducing whole pages is not.

Limits of responsibility

We try to keep every page correct, yet the site is offered without warranties, and general information here should not be relied on alone when making a decision. Any liability the law does not allow us to exclude remains unaffected.

Governing law

The laws of Florida govern this page, and the courts sitting in Miami-Dade County hear any disagreement over it.
